Axles Installed, Fiber Washers

Was already to assemble, and forgot I had not ordered those darn little fiber washers that go between the axles.   Chaffins to the rescue again, along with some shims that may or may not be needed

Criteria here is no side to side play with the axles install, a slight about of drag, and an expectation that they will compress and wear in, so allow a bit extra.

Sand, sand, sand.  Finally got the sander out and sanded my fingernails off holding them against the pad.  But got them equally reduced to where needed.
