Got the top of the tool box smooth enough to paint - finally

I cannot get this toolbox quite right.  I must have sanded it off 3 times and refilled, reprimed, etc to try and get it right.  I got it close, but someone had stepped on it once so has a dip in the middle.  Nothing can be done about that.
