Body putty, cut a spreader with a hole saw to match profile... Used too much, more sanding...
The rear wheels had new spokes. Apparently prior owner had really worked on getting the fronts smooth. Blasting took all that off, revealing some fairly rough wood. I do not want the spokes to look like metal, because they aint. But did try to smooth some of the more glaring defects.
